I just started coding for radiation oncology and they are having issues getting paid for a follow up visit after they finish their radiation treatment but i am not able to find any global days- HELP PLEASSE!!

What is the denial reason on the EOB? Have you talked to the ins co?

there are no gobal days but we still need to know the denial code/reason
