We have a nutrionist who sees pt at our practice. She had asked what the dx code is for food allergys. These pts are not symptomatic at the time of the visit. Do I use a history code? Please help!

Sounds like you need a counseling code for nutritional counseling. It will need to be a V code in the counseling area. I will have to wait until I can get to my books for a more specific answer.
