Foot Coders, please help.
Doctor gave me 28715 and 28730. Op report attached for your review. I'm wandering if this might be 28730 and 28740.

I would not code 28715 because there was no calcaneocuboid arthrodesis. 28730 and 28740 are basically the same thing, but 28740 is for one joint fusion and 28730 is for multiple, so I would not code these together on the same foot. I'd go with 28725 (subtalar fusion) and 28730 (talonavicular and medial naviculocuneiform).
