Hello all,

op note reads:

Transverse incision over the palpable mass. Dissection was carried down to the mass, which was noted to be a well cirumscribed 6-mm nodule that was spherical in shape. This was actually bony prominence and was not a subq nodule. There was no evidence of any tissue planes; therefore, the wound was then closed w/ 5-0 Monocryl, and dermabond.
