Forehead thermomter strips

Our Pain Management doctor is wanting to use these strips to read the temperature after a patient's procedure. The nurses can feel the temperature but they want to be able to get an accurate reading. I'm not sure if we can bill for that but I told him I would research it. Can we bill this supply? How?
