How would I code a foreign body protrusion of a metallic closure device from scalp? Imaging states "Postoperative changes related to prior right frontotemporal craniotomy"
I came up with T84.89XA (Other specified complication of internal orthopedic prosthetic devices, implants and grafts, initial encounter), but am unsure if this is the most correct dx.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
