I'm coding for hepatitis B screening and one indication is to screen for individuals at high risk for HBV. The USPSTF defines criteria for high risk; one is foreign born individuals in the U.S. How do I code for this patient population? Thanks,

Would Z91.89 work as specified personal risk factors not elsewhere classified? I am not familiar with a code in the ICD-10 that has to do with place of birth being outside of the US.
