Can anyone help!!!!! The procedure started out as a bone marrow boipsy by provider A. The needle broke off in the bone and provider B was called in for a wound exploration and to remove the broken needle. Exploration was done with a fluoroscopy assist. I can not seem to find a code for forgein body removal from a bone. :confused: Thank you.
