Is there any applicable coding for a "forms completion" visit? Schools forms etc.

There is a code and it is 99080. However, I don't know of ANY payer that would pay it. You could set it up in your billing system to automatically generate a bill to the patient.

Actually there are a number of payers that do pay that code including Medicare in some regions.
