Is anyone using FP modifier for Medicaid claims?
We do a lot of family planning visits.

If someone comes in for a birth control insert, do we put FP on the insert, the actual birth control, and a pregnancy test?
What if someone comes in for a routine wellness and then gets a depo shot at the same time? Not on the wellness
