Office has always used 90471 with vaccination. Wondering with FQHC which admin code should be used and when. 90460-61 or 90471-90474.
 
We use both the 90460 for children because most of our Medicaid plans require that code and 90471 for the adults. Just make sure you have that face with the pt and the provider.
