Good Morning,
I work for an FQHC. We do CCM services (G0511) and then we started to do RPM services (G0511). Medicare updated their rules in regards to the frequency of how many G0511 can be billed per month to now include the RPM services.
We have been paid by all insurance companies with no issues EXCEPT UHC. They have denied all of our G0511 for frequency. I put in a claim research project with 90 claims and sent the final ruling to them. Their response was sending me back the time span policy with no other explanation.
Has anyone working for an FQHC have this problem with UHC? They are the only company that has not update their policies to match Medicare.
