Hello,
Can someone please guide me as to how am i supposed to bill Medicare Advantage plans that are entitled to the medicare wrap around?
Am I supposed to bill the Gcode with the E&M code?
 
If you are trying to bill Medicare Advantage that does not pay the PPS rate in your contract, then you bill the MA claim on a HCFA without the g codes. IF you have completed the paperwork to receive the 519 Wrap for MA plans through your MAC then you will need to bill them on a UB-04 with the G code and the E/M code.
