Wiki FQHC Medicare secondary CARC code denial

FQHC Medicare secondary claims have been denying for CARC code 97. We have to bill with G code ex 99213/G0467. The 99213 would be the CO 97 since Medicare pays on the G code. Anyone else having this issue? What Carc code are you using to get your MSP claims paid. Until this past year I have worked the claims in FISS no differently and has always paid no issues now they are all denying for invalid Carc code. Any ideas?
