I am usually so good at these but i've had two in a row today!!

Finding: Linear tiny irregular calcification adjacent to the tip lateral malleolus without visible donor site. Lateral soft tissue swelling Alignment is normal
Impressions: Avulsion fracture versus ligamentous calcification laterally


Would u code this as a fracture?
