A patient was seen in OUR urgent care for a closed fx of the tibia. No treatment was done the patient was given a "aircast". Then she comes back to OUR office to see her primary doctor for follow-up. He does not do any treatment. However he does refer her out to get a "cam walker". He is going to be following her care thru her fracture. Is there a "global code" for this. Or would he just use the E/M codes when she comes in? Thank you
