Can someone please help me with this:

The bicoronal incision was reopened. The scalp flap was identified. The Craniofix rivets were removed, and the bone flap was removed. There was purulence underneath the bone flap as well. This was irrigated and cleaned out until the brain was evident. Wound was then copiously irrigated, and meticulous hemostasis was obtained. A drain was placed coming over the cranial defect out through a separate stab incision where sutured in place. The wound was then closed with 2-0 interrupted Vicryl sutures at the galea layer, followed by staples on the skin with sterile dressing.

Dx: Cranial wound infection
Procedure: Frontal Craniectomy with debridement of cranial wound

Thanks in advance
