Hello Fellow coders,
I'm having trouble finding the correct cpt code for my pt. I've included part of the procedure note below. Any help will be greatly appreciated
3rd cranial nerve palsy, left
Acquired involutional ptosis of eyelid, bilateral
PROCEDURE NOTE
Frontalis sling adjustment both eyes

Consent obtained
Patient prepped with 10% betadine and draped with sterile drape
Injected with local anesthetic 0.75% bupivicaine 2% lido with epi, hyaluronidase 3cc
Two small incisions made horizontally along forehead above sling. Blunt scissors used to dissect down to the sling. The frontalis sling was adjusted and the eyelids were checked to ensure closure.
The wounds were closed with 6-0 vicryl interrupted sutures
