I have yet to receive a response on any of my questions. Apparently my specialty is not well represented here. I guess I'm going to have to find another forum, if there is one.

I posted here, but I work in Neurosurgery. However, your reply made me look and I see a neurosurgery forum. I had no idea! Thank you!
