The physician performs a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and adds an addendum stating: After the gallbladder was removed, I biopsied a peritoneal implant over the dome of the liver. I fulgurated four lesions of the anterior abdominal wall that appeared to be consistent with endometriosis.
Path: peritoneum endometriosis

I am doubting myself that the fulguration can be coded separately with an unlisted code? Any help is appreciated. :confused:
