Our surgeon does full thickness grafts sometimes with wide excisions of basal cells. I keep rethinking these because sometimes the area is small and the procedures seem really extensive. Just want to clarify with someone. What would be billed for a lesion of .6 cm, full thickness graft to a defect of 1.5 x 1 cm. The donor site was closed with sutures (no length given yet).

I'm probably overthinking this, but it's one of those days. Thanks!
