Wiki Fundus Photo 92250 and 2 diff diagnosis

Can someone advise if it is possible to bill 92250 twice in one day with 2 different diagnosis? Our physician performed once with Disc Cam for Glaucoma, then once with regular fundus photo for a nevus. Cannot find any info regarding this. Doubt its billable but would like some input. Thanks!
