Wiki Fusion using NuVasive Affix system

My docs have started using the NuVasive Affix system for fusions. From what I have found it is almost like a plate/cage combo. I asked them if it was instrumentation and they told me yes it was. So my question is when they do a "fusion" using this plate do I bill for just the plate ie; 22842? Or do I bill for a fusion and plate?
