We are hiring a new biller and my Doctors are wondering where or if there is a website to look up people to make sure they were not involved in Medicare Fraud?? Any suggestions would be grateful.

check with the state health and human services department. Perhaps you have a board of healing arts in your state structure. This is a very good place to start. Also does your state have courts system search. We have one called casenet where you can look up anyones name to see if there has been any court action in the state.

Here in NY, we have the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General where excluded individuals are listed. If your state has a similar department or agency, check there.
