Hello All,

I have consult for a pt who was diagnosed w/ a RT thumb fx, and pt was treated for fx care (without manip), it was then decided to go ahead with surgery which he would have done a week later. I was going to code as consult w/ fx care, can I still do that now that the pt is having surgery? Or is it considered a n/c because decision for sx was already made? TIA!
