Wiki G0105 Medicare denials with new code Z86.0100

Hello, Medicare has started denying G0105 when the new code Z86.0100 for personal hx of polyps is coded. I suspect they have not updated their claim scrubber. Is anyone else seeing this? Have you been able to get the denials reversed?
