Wiki G0108 diabetes out self mgmt

We have a dietician who is billing this service for 45 minutes. The code states per 30 minutes. Would we bill this x 1 unit or would we be bill this x 2 units? Any help would be appreciated.

I have not seen documentation with clear guidance on rounding times up or down for G0108, though it may be out there. As such it would seem at 45 minutes you can only code for 1 unit. Anyone please jump in if such a reference is out there please.
