Regarding the G0108 is it only used for Medicare patients and to use the 98960 for other payers?
 
I use the G0108 for all payers. I put on a modifier of SW which implies "services rendered by a certified Diabetes Educator" if appropriate. I have a separate question.... If a patient uses all 10 hours in the first year but still may need more education, can I use the 98960??
