My encoder now says that medicare is not paying for the G0121 screening code with a diagnosis of V76.51. Has anyone heard of any changes, I can't seem to find anything on the CMS website. Any help or link is appreciated!

G0121 is still listed on Medicare's ASC Fee scheduled as covered screening non-high risk. Check your FI LCD
 
Thank you very much. We just applied an update to our encoder, and we think there must have been a small error causing our encoder to flag it as unpaid. Everything else does still say it is a payable code. Keeps us on our toes! :):D
