i have a provider that performed all three procedures during the same encounter.
I am fine with the Q modifier, it is 59 and 51 that I am confused.

Can anyone tell me which of the 3 get 59? Which of 3 get 51?

I put the 59 on the 11720, otherwise the 11720 and 11055 will get bundled togather.
