What is effective date to bill the G0136?

That was my understanding also, but I have been getting denials stating Statutorily excluded. I was advised by my ACO people to re-bill after 7/01/24 since apparently CMS needed to update something. Well Those were again denied. I am confused is anyone getting payment on these?

CMS has to submit change requests transmittals to the MACs for the things they enact. Where are you getting denials from? Your MAC or from other payers?
