We are new to billing G0182 and I have some questions regarding it. First how do you document that you have spent a month reviewing the patient/chart? Second, what dates are you using for your start and end date? I know we can bill until the patient has been seen for a month. So are you using the IG meeting date on the form, the date the provider signs off, or is the start date the beginning date the provider starts reviewing and the end date is a month from start date of service? Lastly, If its a Medicare advantage plan and is denied as send to correct payer, do these all go to Medicare?
