Please help i can not get any one to pay g0245 and g0247 and i am using dx codes of 250.60,250.70,110.1,729.5. Can someone please halp. The dr. Said he went to a training and i had to bill 11721,11055 or 110556 and on of the g codes with thse codes and he is not correct they won't pay either. I am at a loss. :(
