Does anyone have information regarding HCPCS G0260 Medicare Part A v. Part B changing. I do billing for an ASC and having claims deny stating they've changed this to Part A only. Can anyone confirm?

I just saw a couple of our claims deny as well. I called and she verified that we should be billing for only Part A. I am confused as to why and when all this had changed.
 
Have you had any resolve? The rep I spoke with at Medicare sent the G0260 HCPCS back as an appeal and I have to allow 60 calendar days. We've had many more since deny.
