Wiki G0317 - Consolidated billing?

I am billing G0317 with 99310, the patient is in a SNF. Medicare is denying the G0317 stating this code is subject to skilled nursing facility consolidated billing. I cannot find anywhere that this code is part of consolidated billing. Any input?
