We can't locate any resource stating whether or not G0365 is inherently a bilateral code or if it is for 1extremity. Does anyone have a CPT changes manual for G0365 defining laterality in the code.

It's on the Medicare RVU file. Shows that this code is not eligible for bilateral reimbursement.
