Ok so we have a 3 patients who came into the office for the herpes zoster vaccine... we have billed G0377 which is not in the HCPCS book for the administration, & we have then billed 90471 but both are coming back invalid and Medicare is denying the services.
For this vaccine the patients bring it into the office & we bill for the administration.. can anyone help and give opinions, which administration code is correct, given certain insurances use certain codes, ex. Medicare which is what these 3 patients have for insurance??????
