HELLO,

WE KEEP GETTING DENIALS FOR G0399 NONPAYABLE/NONCOVERED SERVICE. EVEN IF WE HAVE PRIOR AUTH IT IS GETTING DENIED AND I EVEN SPOKE TO A NORIDIAN REP WHO SAID THAT THE CODE IS SHOWING AS COVERED BUT WITH A ZERO DOLLAR AMOUNT. I AM A NEW BILLER. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PROVIDE SOME GUIDANCE. THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!
