Wiki G0442 and G0444 bundled?

I am seeing that G0442 and G0444 are showing as bundled without the option for a modifier. Per our encoderpro: "Code G0442(column 1) has a CCI conflict with code G0444(column 2). A modifier is not allowed to override this relationship." What are others using out there instead? We have certain payers that accept 96160 instead of the G0442- however most of our Medicare Advantage plans want the G code instead. Thoughts?
