Medicare allows screening of alcohol G0442 and depression G0444, but I am finding most advantage plans do not. Advantra wants a modifier, but will not take 59,my claims come back inappropriate modifier.Is there an appropriate modifier? Any suggestions on how I can get Medicare advantage plans to pay? (Pennsylvania provider)
