Is PHQ 2 considered G0444?
 
PHQ-2 takes 2 seconds so it would be impossible to justify a 15 minute code. PHQ-9 doesn't either but many payers will accept PHQ-9 if meets the requirement for the additional questions based on positive answers to the first 2 questions.
