Does anyone know anything about the G0444 Depression Screening and how to bill them? Can they be billed with and E&M? If so do they require a Mod-25? If someone already has depression, can you still use the G0444 - as Medicare really doesn't have a specific DX code that is stated on the MLN. Any insight would be helpful.
