Hi,

My question is when we bill office visit with 80307 & G0483. but we only receive payment for E&M and 80307. is there any possible way to get payement for G0483.
or we simply have to remove 80307. already applied 59 Modifier & Different DX codes with with 80307 & G0483.
Is there any anually limit to bill G0483 ?

Kindly tell me the possible way to get payement.
 
80307 is presumptive test and G0483 is definitive drug test, try to send on next day of presumptive , it will pay and no need to add 59 modifier. this rules are vary by states but I would recommend to add proper documentation/clinical rationales to justify drug confirmation if it deny due to medical necessity.
