Auditing moderate sedation services with endoscopies, G0500. Does the full 15 minutes of intra-service time need to be met and documented, or is it billable at the 10 minute mark (which is CPT guidance for moderate sedation). I am unable to find a definitive answer from a credible CMS or MAC source while searching online.
