Has anyone billed G0513 and G0514? We cannot find whether or not these codes are going to replace the Medicare Well visit being billed with additional E/M visit same day. Is this the thought process of these new codes? We did find that the G0513 is for 30 min and G0514 is addt'l 30 min increments but can "problems" now be discussed or does the "prolonged exam" have to still follow the standard Annual Wellness Visit exam? Thank you AD
