If any one has any information in reference to the G codes G2061 G2062 G2063 I would appreciate it. I work in a physical therapy clinic and we are thinking very strongly about using Telehealth to get us by. Are these only for Medicare? What do we use for Commercial payers? Any positive help would be great!

We have found these on BCBSM, Medicare, HAP and Aetna/Cofinity fee schedules.
