I am not seeing any NCCI edits against reporting code G2066 with ICD remote monitoring codes 93295/93296. But on the occasion that the client reports codes 93297/G2066 on the same DOS as ICD remote billing codes 93295/93296, WPS is denying for code G2066 but reimbursing code 93297 for professional thoracic impedance billing.

Has anyone else experienced G2066 denials by WPS?
