My Provider treated a very complicated Medicare New Patient and sent well over 90 minutes with patient. I am not sure if this was a condition of directly and indirectly. Which code would best describe the visit?

Hi, could you explain this?
I am not sure if this was a condition of directly and indirectly.

In general, if the visit took place in the office/outpatient setting and the E/M visit was coded based on time and met all of the other requirements for the code, you would report G2212. You cannot report 99354 with office visit codes.
