Patient have medicare card for part -B from 01/02/17.

Within one year billed with G0402 AS PER GUIDELINES.

Today(07/30/19) come for AWV.

what is the code G0438 or G0439?

Was the patient seen last year for an AWV? 12 months after 01/02/2017? If G0438 has already been billed in 2018 then G0439 will be appropriate to bill. You can always check with Medicare if G0438 has already been billed or not.
