Wiki G6017 DENIED BY NC MEDICAID

We are receiving a lot of denials related to G6017 as this code is not on Medicaid's fee schedule. Is there another code we can change this to? 77387 has been suggested but we are unsure if that is an appropriate substitute.

I would say that the 77387 should be okay as a substitute code. Here's a document from CMS regarding these codes and their potential denials: CMS IMRT Coding
